When Beemok Hospitality Collection set out to open Charleston's first luxury waterfront hotel on the peninsula, they brought LATHER Custom aboard to create a collection as distinctive as the property itself. The Cooper, named for the river it overlooks, draws on the charm of the French Quarter and the elegance of a coastal Southern home. The collection needed to capture that same spirit, grounding guests in the Lowcountry's waterways from the moment they walk through the door.

The Strategy

Develop a signature scent blending lemon peel, matcha tea, iris petals, vanilla orchid, cypress, sandalwood, and saffron, with bright citrus and green notes softening into grounding woods.

Build the collection around wakame, Irish moss, and sea lettuce, drawing on Charleston's deep connection to the water and its tradition of coastal refinement.

Deliver refillable bottles made from 100% ocean-bound recycled plastic and accessories packaged in 100% recycled cartons.
